We have been visited twice in the last week by Hannah and Mark.
Hannah did the systems annual service and then started to explain how the phone App worked. Our grandchildren then decided to arrive and so Hannah could not finish her explanation. Mark then came at a later date and explained in great detail how the App worked.
Both Hannah and Mark were excellent . Most professional in terms of their ability technically with a lovely sense of humour to guide us through the facets of this interesting App for our security system.
